Our portrait sessions start at just $150, with packages to fit different styles, occasions, and budgets. If you're planning a wedding or special event, we'd be happy to provide a custom quote based on the coverage you need. 1. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. For weddings and events, the 40% retainer is non-refundable, as it secures your date on our calendar. Portrait sessions can usually be rescheduled depending on availability.

2. How long till I receive the final photos?

Portrait galleries are usually delivered within 3–8 business days. Most events are delivered within 2 weeks. Wedding galleries are delivered within 4–8 weeks, depending on the amount of coverage and editing required.

3. How long will my gallery stay online?

Your gallery will be available for up to one year after it's delivered. We recommend downloading and backing up your photos as soon as you receive them. If you need your gallery to stay online longer, just let us know.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

All final images are delivered through a private online gallery where you can view and download your photos. At this time, we don't offer prints or albums, but you're welcome to print your images wherever you'd like.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

Yes! If you're looking for a videographer, we're happy to recommend someone we trust. In some cases, we may also be able to provide videography services depending on availability.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Of course! We love when clients come with ideas. Whether it's a Pinterest board, inspiration photos, or a few must-have shots, feel free to share them with us before or during your session.

7. Can we meet before the session?

For portrait sessions, we usually don't meet beforehand, but if you'd feel more comfortable meeting first, just let us know and we'll do our best to make it happen. For weddings and other events, we normally schedule a meeting about a week before your date to go over the timeline, discuss any special requests, and make sure we're all on the same page.

8. Will I receIve the raw files?

No. RAW files are not included with any of our packages. They are unfinished files that require editing to reflect our style and final quality. You'll receive professionally edited, high-resolution images that are ready to download, print, and share.
